Spizzi Is the Name.

On the BIGBRO jersey, number 24, it doesn’t say Florenzi. It says Spizzi. And no, it’s not a printing error.
The story starts from far away, and not from a stadium. Alessandro’s older brother, 11 years his senior, had a habit of making up random names. One day he came up with one: Spizzingrillo. It wasn’t even meant for Alessandro, but that name stuck with him.
When he started playing PlayStation, he needed a nickname. Spizzingrillo24 was perfect. From there it became his digital identity across every platform: PlayStation, Steam, Twitch. During lockdown, when he was at PSG, Florenzi started streaming on Twitch playing Warzone with Moonryde. For the community he was already Spizzi, not Florenzi.
Then he arrived at Milan, and the nickname exploded in the locker room too. The reason is simple: too many “Ale”s in the squad — Romagnoli, Saelemaekers, him. When Pioli called out “Ale”, three players turned around. Solution? Spizzi. In the Scudetto-winning year, everyone called him that — including the coach.
When BIGBRO announced him as their first signing for the Kings League, the statement was clear: "Spizzi is not Alessandro Florenzi. He is his digital alter ego, a free, authentic, and instinctive version of himself, born from the world of video games and now ready to live on the pitch."
And Florenzi himself confirmed: "Spizzi is my most instinctive side, the one that plays with a smile and no filters. The Kings League is the perfect place to truly bring it to life."
On the BIGBRO pitch, it’s not a former footballer stepping on. It’s Spizzi. With the number 24 jersey, the same old smile, and zero filters.
Just like in a Warzone lobby. 🎮🐂
